Step 1: Finding a house 👉🏼

After a consultation and introduction, I will offer you my software which provides a streamlined, highly efficient process that kicks the crap out of Zillow.

Step 2: Touring homes

I am available to show you homes throughout Indianapolis (and beyond).

Step 3: Evaluating homes

I will offer the pros/cons with special emphasis on safety, architectural, and structural compromises to look out for in the subject property.

Step 4: Recommendation of other professionals

Many people are required in the purchase of a home. I will offer suggestions where necessary for title companies, mortgage providers, insurance providers, inspectors, necessary contractors, lawyers, etc. By the time you buy, I can offer resources for painters, landscapers, plumbers, electricians, etc.

Step 5: You will not overpay.

I will evaluate the surrounding market to ensure that you craft a competitive offer price. I will explain the contracts involved in a real estate transaction. You will understand - in common language - exactly what you’re signing from Buyer Representation to Offer to Closing on your home.

Step 6: You will understand the current state of your subject property during the inspection process.

This is arguably the most important aspect of the buying process. I will interpret inspection reports, disclosures, and other potential issues with this purchase.

Step 7: I will negotiate price, terms, and conditions in your favor throughout the purchase.

While the Seller negotiates to their benefit during the offer, inspection, and appraisal process, I will keep your interests at the forefront of the entire purchase.
